It doesn't make a lick of difference if you put PC 66, PC 100, or PC 133 RAM into that machine. As long as the RAM fits the Apple specs, it should work fine. Of course, some RAM modules are just bad, and nothing can be done about them.

Those 133 chips probably look just like PC100 chips that may have been installed before.

DIMMs must be:
3.3 volt(V) unbuffered, 64-bit wide, 168-pin
100MHz/10ns cycle time or faster
AppleSpec - Power Macintosh G3 Mini Tower
As long as the voltage is right, you should be good to go.
Even if the voltage was higher, it may still work, though I would never suggest it.
Hope that helps.
Take care.

Good! This guy
is as close to "tounge and cheek" that we've got to choose from. Conveys the feeling, but keeps it brief. You're allowed up to eight in one post, I believe.

I knew what you meant George.
That switch was for a tower. You probably have one somewhere.
If things are working though, don't bother with it.
