Did ya catch the thread were some crumb-snatcher wants to spent $75 on a chrome face plate?
I'm always amazed how people like to spend tons of extra moo-la 'sprucing up' their cells with shinny colored face plates.
Then in another thread where some guy dropped the cell at some beach in the sand.

Mines in a protected leather case. Can't see it anyways.  smile.gif

Ya Bill, like it’s a status symbol or something. I guess the $$$’s in the options on the hardware side, they don’t seem to be able to give the darn phones away fast enough. wink.gif

There’s a real passion play in the cellphone market that I had no idea existed, some of these guys/gals love their phones.  wub.gif

What impressed me the the size and depth of the site, as well as the huge following that links you all over the world.

I was going to purchase a datawire for my Samsung when Inferred wasn’t available,  and the search brought me there!
My selection of T-Mobile was a good choice it seems, (a guy can get lucky sometimes) and the phone seems to do it’s thing, I guess, as little as I know about them. I was going to drop one of my hardline when I bought the cell, but I seem to use it more now than ever. There was a savings in long distance expenses, and I haven’t used all the time allotted by the contract yet. It’s been a learning experience, again, (new fangled things) but it turned out almost indispensable in the sort time I’ve had it.  wacko.gif

I did the same with some of the links. Was bouncing from one link to another until (for some reason) I ended up on some site in Japan that had old PS plugins. Couldn't read any of the info or figure out how this had anything whats so ever with cells but hey. smile.gif

My choice (for what I use it for) was a good one also. Simple to use, batteries keep on going and going and going. EXCEPT moto stopped manufacturing the (or verizon quit using) the model last month. Nice of 'verizon' to tell me they were going to drop that model. NOT! Supposably moto is coming out with a new and improved version later this year. Different battery type, housing, tons of Fancy-Dan features [that I'd never use] etc.
Whether I'm gonna upgrade to the new one when it comes out leaves to be seen.
Kind of got that 'stale' taste in my mouth on how verizon neglected to tell me that model was being dropped during this last upgrade.
