I pretty much agree that anything stored anywhere is discoverable by a determined crook/hacker.
But, all you have to do is put the "legal" disclaimer in the EXIF data saying the image/data/text "is to be used only by the intended recipient and if you are not s/he you are viewing illegally". I still get emails from a retired attorney with his stupid clause at the end of every email. Was this "if-you're-not-who-I-thought-you-were-you-must-delete-this-message" disclaimer ever legally validated... for an
email?!
Reading some of the comments reminded me that "Security" questions need not have truthful answers. In other words, no matter what the question is, simply ask your password manager app to generate another 20+ character pw and paste it into the text box. Of course, you should probably create a new login for the site naming it for the question you'll be applying the new "pw"! There's no law that says you have to actually use your Mother's maiden name in a "security" question/answer.
BTW, where were the "nude photographs"? I didn't see any... probably for the best!
