Nice review from a Mac User on the Logitch M510!
« on: May 29, 2018, 09:14:19 AM »
I've been using a Logitech wireless Marble Mouse for probably three years now but this might be a better replacement when it wears out:

"Five years into owning my first Magic Trackpad, I found myself routinely tearing it apart in order to fix the wee button inside of it that registers clicks. It was a pain in the ass, but I couldn’t afford to buy a replacement. At the time, my wife was finishing her degree – what I pulled in was pretty much it for income. What I’d spend on a new trackpad would buy us groceries for a couple of weeks. My friend Susie found out that I was doing this and told me to cut it out: She had a new Magic Trackpad for me, still in the box, never opened. A week later and my first Magic Trackpad was out with the recycling.

Sneakers always used a Logitech, and his last mouse was a wired version of this mouse. I would have kept it, but he'd pretty much worn it out and it wasn't working very well. : lol : (smile is missing - must fix that)

I'm still using a wired Apple Magic Mouse, but it's starting to fail and I'm searching for a new mouse. I'm not a fan of wireless, mainly because the non-apple ones require that receiver that takes up a USB port. Still, I'm adding this to my list to consider.

That being said I'm not sure I like being put in a bottle cap!

We just changed the Default theme back to "Curve". It had been changed by some gremlins to one that uses that circular 'box' and also thick dashed borders, I agree, it ends up looking like a bottle cap. If it hadn't been for your post we probably would even have noticed that erer/gremlin activity!

I'm sure glad I no longer have to look at me on a bottle-cap; I'd just as soon not drink anything that comes in that bottle!
