THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system

Thanks for the link. I downloaded and installed the Combo update. Not only did all go well, but the pesky printing issue that had occurred in Safari 12.1 seems to have been fixed in Safari 12.1.1, which came along for the ride.

Good to know Apple actually does fix things... whether intentionally or not! I knew there was some reason I had delayed updating to 14.4, now I'll have to see if it affects me...

I didn't have a problem in 14.3 and I can still print an article in 14.4. I have Adblock Plus enabled in Safari, so I don't see any Print "icon", but command + P works fine. Probably something else on your System? OTOH, if it ain't broke, don't fix it! With my luck, it will break for me in 14.5! :laughhard:

In another forum, a poster (and beta tester for Apple) had the same problem with Safari 12.1. Printing was fine, provided that you didn't go to another site within that tab and then come back to the original site within the same tab. If you did that, the only way to print was to open the page in a new tab. Disabling extensions made no difference.

That poster and I had filed bug reports with Apple. Evidently, Apple actually reads these things. In fact, Apple had communicated with me a few times asking for updated information.
