Another user-friendly re-labeling is coming down the pike!!!
« on: October 08, 2019, 02:26:16 PM »
Quick! What version of USB is the latest?

OK, if you got that one, what is the next version of WiFi?!
What do you mean, you didn't even know there were different versions?! You probably just forgot the numbers/letters after the "802" part. No problem.

Apparently, however, the makers of WiFi devices have seen this lack of knowledge as a marketing problem and are taking a cue from the new USB labeling scheme. The newest WiFi version is simply "WiFi 6". If you bought some new gear in the last few years, it is now called "WiFi 5", but don't worry about the WiFi police hauling you in for not having that label. It's just that there are actually new labels for last years "new" standard and even the one before that.

What is "WiFi 6"?
...and why should a I care? :dntknw:

Note: There will be a closed-app exam at the end of the year. :sweatingbullets:
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
