Re install Sierra....evrything seems ok
But , is it normal that i can't see the Snow leopard partition on the deskstop in Sierra ..?

Depends on your Finder prefs. By default, I believe hard drives are no longer visible on the desktop (seem to recall having to go make mine visible - like they used to be!). Here is an illustrated set of instructions:
