What is professional sports becoming these days?

I don't think it's coming to anything good.

The more I hear about these "super stars", the more disgusted I get. Yesterday when that owner spoke up .. well, I said a few choice words. But he's correct in some respects. By and large, society adores this kind of stuff. If they didn't all the reality shows wouldn't be on the top of the ratings charts. I'd better shut up before I say things I shouldn't ... grrrrrr.

I think the only non-fictional, really true professional sport left in the U.S.of A is wrestling. <ho ho>

Kimmer, you're right. What the news reports failed to state about those "controversial" comments was that he did not say that this was a good thing. He was just making a prediction based on past observations.

Sorry, but I missed what was said by who in the first place...

Besides which the only sport I ever followed with any consistancy is NASCAR... which is by a good number of people's figuring not a sport...

I will agree on the so-called "reality TV shows"... I hate 'em! Boooorrrring!!
