No software company that intends to stay in business goes that long between updates, and has a completely out of date website, complete with non-functional SSL...and no way to contact them. Sorry, but this is almost certainly an ex-parrot. Either that, or they've got a very strange business model. They are still traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange and after years of steady decline in value (earnings decline of 70% over the past 5 years), the stock has gone way up this year. But darned if I can find any reason why that is so. One report I read said it had 20 employees and revenue of $1.37M USD. Nobody's getting rich on that - and keeping the lights on could be a challenge.
