Copy iTunes music from Mac to iPad…

Not purchases from Apple, but material recorded from radio and CD. Preferably without extra software but if it’s necessary would appreciate recommendations   :) t

Using iTunes or Finder (in Catalina and newer).

VLC has been around for decades (versions all the way back to Cheetah!) and is only 4€.

Well, I thought, that looks familiar.... check apps and find it's been in my Mac app folder since 2016 and never been used :doh:

I think I may have got it from a bundle.
