pending updates to older systems

Since my iMac cannot go beyond Big Sur and I really don't want to get a new computer (read that as my better half gets into a panic at the thought of learning another OS), I am happy to report that Apple will continue to support Big Sur, among others. Apple issues release candidates for iOS 15.7.8, iPadOS 15.7.8, macOS Big Sur 11.7.9, and Monterey 12.6.8

Haven't received a notification on my Big Sur macOS 11.7.8 yet. We live in a "backwater" of the Mighty Muddy so we are usually at the back of the queue. :blush-anim-cl: Still using Catalina macOS 10 on the wife's MBP as well as my Mac mini weather monitoring machine.

That's because only the beta is available (for testing). You and I will receive notification when it's ready for prime time.
