Go to Applications/Utilities/Keychain Access. Select the appropriate keychain (possibly in Login Items?) (You can also use KA's search field for Digital EU certificate if you can't find that keychain in Login Items), find the Digital EU Certificate and double-click it. You should get a window that has the application name and check "Show password". Enter your administrator password in the window that appears so that your password will show. Then, you can change it. Alternatively, in Keychain Access, try the Help menu.

I hope that this is useful.

It is asking that i login to the keychain and it must be about 8 years ago that i accessed the keychain and have forgotten it. So it is stated that i must use the the login keychain password as in the file attached. Google Chrome wants to use key 'private key' in your keychain

AFAIK, you should use your administrator password. That works for me.

A trusted friend looks after my digital EU signiature for me on their PC.
Even if I had sorted out my keychain, the digital signature was a dead loss
