Need help finding a copy of Lotus Jazz (1984)

I kept all my accounting records in the Jazz database.  The only way to access it is to get a copy and an old 512k mac.  Anyway, anyone who has a copy or knows where I can get one, would really be appreciated.
Need the records for evidence in my divorce.
