iTunes for PC users

I heard from someone that Apple was going to do a version of iTunes for PC users after making the iPod compatiable with the PC users that craved an iPod verson for them.

Is there any truth to this?  And if there is, when will it be available?

Yes, there is truth to it. Apple has been working on a Windows version of iTunes.
