Hi Bruce,
When you do a whois search, you shouldn't include the "host" part of the name. That is the www part or anything else that might be something leading the actual domain.
Here is whois info for go-l.com
[diana@Hawk diana]$ whois -h whois.internic.net go-l.com

Melbourneit.com is an Australian registrar, but the domain seems to be hosted by a US company since its IP originates in US IP space. Interland usually doesn't provide DNS unless you host with them, so I would assume go-l.com is hosted at Interland. The rest of the whois info for go-l.com could be fake, but if they are for real, then it shouldn't be.
There is sure a lot of work put into that site, but these days the amount of work required to make something appear legit doesn't seem to deter the crooks if it gets them what they want. So good looks don't equal validity..
So, just for fun since I"m a curious sort, I put Exuis in Google and after digging through several references to French and Italian websites, I found this one.
Horse Training in LAOne the above page is a listing for
Lisa Ciesniewski
Bookkeeping / Training / Lessons / Hunter/Jumper / Body Clipping / Catch Rider
Marina Del Rey, CA 90295. 310-562-6814
Inf@exuis.com
Note the same phone number for Lisa here as in the whois for go-l.com. Her e-mail is inf@exuis.com (probably a type and should be "info@exuis.com" Exuis is an active domain but there is no web page...and it was also registered through the Australian registrar... see below

Note: Lisa's e-mail in whois is @softhome.net. Softhome.net provides free and paid e-mail accounts.
NOTE HERE: None of this means that the go-l.com isn't legitimate. I'm just illustrating a small part of the information that one can find using public "tools". Lisa may even be corporately unrelated and only responsible for the web design, or maybe she is a "reseller" for Interland. Or maybe she is multi-tasking and riding horses on a contract basis and running scams at the same time..*grin...not enough info yet to know.
see ya,
