Web page access hangs at Internet Zone

Sometimes when I trry to access a web page, IE 5.2.2 hangs at a site called Internet Zone. Often, I have to refresh or start again when I want to open the web page I am seeking.

What is Internet Zone and why does access sometimes hang ther for several minutes?

Running OS 10.2.4  over 1 .5 Mbps DSL on a Dual 1 GHz G4.

Sorry about the duplication, gang. But, I cannot find my 10/4 post. In fact, I cannot find the post anywhere back to 10/1. I though, the post was lost so I posted the message again on 10/5.

I still cannot find the post but obvious some of you have. Maybe, kris is right - Aliens?
