Terminal OH OH

After many system freezes or black screens with no restart except by unplugging I used the Knowledge base doc 106704. At first I typed "sudo mv /System/Library/Extensions" and pressed return, was asked for password.
I then realized that I had not typed the remainder "AppleNDRVDriver.bundle users/shared". Pushed return and came back "no such file". If I restart now will I be hosed?

Nothing will happen because you didn't do anything. The mv command returned that error because "Extensions" is a directory and not a file.
