Is that only affecting the minimum size? Otherwise, Safari is interfering with CSS sites that specifically set font sizes. I can understand having a minimum size setting that the user can set, but that should be a simple prefs value. But I can also see the need to present the user with whatever size the developer intended, even if it is unreadable (that, in fact, may just be what the guy intended). If you feel the size is too small, just drop the site a note and tell them you won't be back until it's fixed. If they don't fix it, why go back anyway - they obviously don't care what their viewers see or want. But I will also agree that Safari has an extremely limited choice of font settings - I think IE (5.x/Mac) still leads the way there.
