USB floppies.
« on: March 18, 2003, 08:12:00 AM »
Hello,
I am wondering if anyone has found a price better than $39.99 for a USB floppy drive?
I need it for some old ClarisWorks 2 or maybe even 3 file conversions, and I really don't want to spend that much on just one project if I do not have to.
I have an ibook running 10.2.4

Just have to mention this:

Bought a LaCie floppy drive - small, smart looking - and -
just plugged it into my iMac and it worked beautifully. Came with software on a CD - but - didn't need the software. True plug 'n play.

It would be wonderful if all computer periphs were so..........
