Compilers.
« on: April 15, 2003, 03:16:00 PM »
Getting a little frustrated with an error I keep getting while trying to compile a DBMS from source.

The error is a statement saying something like "no suitable c compiler found as stated in the $PATH statement".

I have the BSD & OS X SDKs installed, and followed that up with a custom install of the other OS X SDK (whatever it was).

I installed X.2.5 on this box the other day and I fear it hosed the whole thing.

Consequently, it's a Bondi running X.2 for now.

I went ahead and reinstalled to make sure that it wasn't the X.2.5 upgrade at the root of the problem.

Any ideas?

Chris
