Yeah, i played with it before.
Doesn't seems much usefull for most of the people, but isn't it done for people who are colorblind or having eye problems?
Well, something like that anyway, which is a good thought but i'm not sure if it's really used so.

One of the helpful options is Sticky keys, which for elder folks is a great assistance in cases where they have arthritis and can't hit several keys together.
