PDF to MSWord?

Does anyone know an easy way to convert a PDF document to an MSWord document? I have a 150-page PDF with multiple tables, and I need to convert it to Word... help!

(Aside from copying and pasting and re-formatting the text... is there a program out there that does the conversion for you?)

Sarah, if you're using OS X. TextLightning may be worth checking out http://www.metaobject.com/Products.html#TextLightning
