« on: May 26, 2006, 01:47:57 PM »
Yessssss.... Tomorrow i'll be picking up Smiley at Amsterdam Airport and she'll be with me for two weeks smile.gif
On monday we'll start our trip to London for 6 days / 5 nights.
Staying at the Bonnington Hotel... London that is... not the Bonnington Tower in Dubai wink.gif
For that reason i won't be online to much probably, just checking once and a while.

Sooo... have a great time here, i'll miss the TS bunch.

Actually... in London we got really lucky on it.
Sure it wasn't to hot but we only had rain on first and second day.
Appart from the few drops at times we had it clear, abit windy but also some sun.

We had a grrrrreat time in London, and i miss it really lots already.
She already asked me if i would like London... i don't like it, i love it.
You can feel the city breathing history while you walk through it, it's amazing.
And... cleeaaaaaaaaaaaan.... so cleaaaaan coolio.gif
So different than being in Antwerp.

I might be needing more info on London soon wink.gif

Hi Marcel - glad you two are having a good time. Great that the weather has improved for you this weekend. It really feels more like spring. And the forecast is good for the rest of the week. And like George says, don't forget the pix. Did you get on the Millennium Wheel... on a fine day?  smile.gif

Best wishes

Hi Everyone smile.gif

Yes, we did had a marvelous time in London and i can't wait to be (move) back (there?).
They sure opened the Wobbly bridge again yes, they told us about it when we were on the Catmaran cruise to Greenwich.
Seems they had to close it down for an extra 6 months to install more things to support it.

The Wheel... we didn't made it sad.gif
First of all we did alot while having the London Pass, than the last day, when we didn't had the London Pass anymore, we met up with friends from Smiley, who are living and working in UK now.
And on Saturday we had to go again so we spend most of our time in Waterloo station, reaaaally tired wink.gif

Now we are set to go to Brugge, citty in Belgium so i'll see you people later again.

Oh... Pictures will follow tongue.gif
