Thank you - I just pressed slideshow button in iWeb and put it in. Then I read somewhere that iWeb did not support slideshow on any other server but .Mac so I took the slideshow button out again (along with the counter).
Sorry not to be more helpful. I would love to say that I tweaked this and html'ed that but I didn't!
FYI
I don't know what your intentions are Frances but if you want to optimize the site so Google rates it, there are a few necessities that will need to be in place.
example=
<td width="3"><img src="frame_botrightcorner.gif" alt="" height="3" width="3" border="0"></td>
alt=""
alt="some text in here explaining the photo"
Google or any search engine only reads text, they do not see pictures, so they will go right past any of your non-descriptive photos and miss the point of the site. Short detailed explanations of each photo should be written in the
alt="two Shetland Ponies facing one another" tag
alt="white Shetland with long mane"
alt="two Shetlands pulling farm cart"
The text is placed under the photo and can be seen when a cursor is rolled over it.
This text can be heard by the deaf using iListen or text to speech software as well.
Thanks for your help - I am not sure that iWeb lets you have alt tags (if that is the right term for what you are suggesting). I will have to think about what I can do.
