Thanks for the link, Kelly....

Wanted to DL the latest drivers for our HP 3310 AIO....but was going to take over 1:15 min at our DSL speeds...

Their DLs always seem so HUGE... don't know why they feel the need to include everything + kitchen sink......

they're the best in my opinion

I like Lexmark printers but mainly because they have cooperated with us and give us parts and service data; HP is one of the worse offenders in not giving out service information. I think we need to insist on having this information because otherwise a lot of those printers aren't worth fixing (due to the expense) and end up in the dump.
