I guess it's always handy to have if you have HP hardware.

Thanks for the link, Kelly....

Wanted to DL the latest drivers for our HP 3310 AIO....but was going to take over 1:15 min at our DSL speeds... sad.gif  angry.gif

Their DLs always seem so HUGE... don't know why they feel the need to include everything + kitchen sink...... huh.gif  huh.gif

I like Lexmark printers but mainly because they have cooperated with us and give us parts and service data; HP is one of the worse offenders in not giving out service information.  I think we need to insist on having this information because otherwise a lot of those printers aren't worth fixing (due to the expense) and end up in the dump.
