We've been seeing a bit of that lately, Jack. Sandbox thinks it may be a spam load spike on our servers (which are shared). Seems to come and go - I had it a few times in the last week to two as well, and there is another thread here talking about it.

I was able to split the message into 2 parts.

The first part posted fine - it was the text of a spam message.
The second part gave the error repeatedly. - It was the expanded headers of the spam message. Tried it several different times today. No joy.

There is something in headers that the software will NOT allow to be posted.  Try enclosing the offending headers inside Code /Code tags.  I think that may work.

It's a security measure, I do believe.  Now, if we knew what it was in the header that triggers it.....

Any chance you can email it to me?  That way I could (try to) post it at the IPB forums and ask.
