Can you be more specific? Who is your new ISP, and what problems are you having? Do you see any error messages, and if so, what do they say?
The new ISP is Charter Cable. Specifically, I can't get into my Charter email with one or the other of my username or password. It is undetermined which one was not being accepted. You probably are familiar with the practice of being assigned a user name and password when you open a new account on line, which you change almost immediately. I haven't used that account enough to change anything.
The error message was that either the username or password are not correct. The tech at Charter changed the username slightly and was able to access the account. When I tried I was refused access on the above mentioned error.
