I know that Tex-Mex food is pretty popular in the "States as are Chilli Sauces. I just wondered what folks would make of this bhut jolokia. Personally, as I want to keep my gastric tract intact, I think I'll pass on this little beast.

You can even grow your own, Chilli Seeds if your mad enough

I love hot, spicy food. But one time my wife cooked up a batch of pasta and fixin's that included hot peppers and curry that was too hot! But, I'll try almost anything in that category.

I'd try it!!! In a sec. I love hot. There is only one dish I remeber as being too hot...a fish soup I tried to eat in Thailand. If anyone has that recipe.....

metoo, i do hot though this stuff does sound nasty. I like nasty, let's get some Jen and stuff it in the donuts.
