Jenny and the Bowling Ladies

We met again for another biannual reunion.
On the Beach front, and a spectacular view at sundown.

Jen has gotten a new iPhone and she was having fun demonstrating its many options. Jane was impressed with it and thought that it might be a useful doodad..
…well of course it might have been if at&t actually worked in the 4th or 5th largest metropolitan area in the country, ah but it doesn't. She was taking a picture for me and sending it out in email, that to my knowledge never left the phone. It was still sending out, a picture that I never received after a half hour of sending.
In the mean time another bowling lady plugged her Samsung phone into her Dell laptop and was rocking on an Alltel network. Email and webpages were almost instantly moving through her phone, just as they do for me on my Samsung plugged into my iBook on a T-Mobile network, I hope Jen has better service up on her Island.

The rest of the night was full of laughs, about 20 folks I guess, steaks were served from a hand fed steer, it's amazing how much different beef tastes when it's fed well.
There were ribs, and a large variety of side dishes, chips and dip, oh and this great sausage dip that someone made, boy was that tasty. We ended the smorgasbord with Pumpkin Cheesecake that was very interesting, we got a sample of the filing to experiment with.

All well at Cedar Key.

I suppose you told her she is missed around here. If not, that gives you another excuse to meet again. smile.gif
Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.

Sounds like a great time, and tell Jen hi the next time you two speak.

Yeah, same with pork, chicken, turkey and I guess anything we might eat. Raise or grow it "right" and it has flavor.
