Heard a local news blurb, obviously from a network feed, that stated that one would need to eat several whole turkeys to get enough Tryptophan to make one drowsy!
So, don't blame the turkey for your lack of sleep driving to grandma's house, drinking a little too much and eating too many carbohydrates causing drowsiness.
As for "trust", a turkey is probably not the best animal with which to discuss that topic...
