Forever parked
« on: December 10, 2007, 08:02:21 PM »
These Contractors are installing the steel pillars in concrete to stop vehicles from parking on the pavement outside a sports bar downtown. They are now in the process of cleaning up at the end of the day and anxious to go home.

How long do you think it will be before they realize where their vehicle is parked?

Well, they've got a ladder! What's the problem! laugh.gif wallbash.gif Maybe they can also paint the sidewalk around the truck and tell the boss they can't move the truck till the paint dries. That should give them enough time to make it out of the country! And look for another, less challenging job?

It almost looks like something they'd have to have done on purpose.  But then I think of the clowns that have been trying to seal up the roof of the building where I work and maybe it isn't so surprising!  wink.gif

At the risk of spoiling the fun.... we have areas like that over here, but one bollard would be just padlocked into a base plate so that maintenance vehicles can get in and out. I'm sure whoever took the picture will be keeping an eye on developments, though smile.gif

I bet the truck fits between the last bollard and the pole. It only has to clear by an inch or two. eek2.gif
Ya gotta applaud those bunnies for sacrificing their hearing just so some guy in Cupertino can have better TV reception.
