As for the numbers of people purchasing it, that's the whole point of the recession: People buying more than they can afford to pay for. "I can't
live without that channel and I might as well get the Internet with it." The 'bill is past due' for those folks. But we will all get to help them out
and their 'friends' at some banks/Wall Street...
