This is a unique place to be, this forum. I really appreciate all of you. I used your forum model to start a photo forum for my photographers.

I think I know both the Daisy sisters and Iris! Tell them I said they're looking mighty fine! clap.gif Were those pictures taken while they were all dressed up in their Easter finery? Tell the photographer he did an outstanding job, also. salute.gif Thanks for brightening my day/night!

Out on my bike this morning, when I found these Camellia Japonica trees right in my own neighbourhood!
I didnt know they would grow this far north, I love them, I WANT one!

Aren't flowers fun to shoot? These are nice. I like the depth of field. The first 3 have the background nicely out of focus. I have a one of these in my backyard. I never thought to shoot them. thanks for your take on these. Your closer subjects are nicely in focus. Great job! Keep in up. What camera? It always helps to know what one uses to see what records a photo. Good job. There is nothing better than seeing what others see in my line of work. Tony

Hi Tony,
Yes, I love flowers!  The little camera is my Coolpix 4300, Ive had it for a long time. We also have a CP 990 which has a much better lens. Its old. I dont take it on my bike as once I hit a big bump and the camera flew up from hanging around my neck and hit me square in the mouth.
The little 4300 fits in my pocket.

Thank you for the comments, I didnt take care in snapping these shots, as I was walking around on this person's property, and I know they have some alarm system and I sure didnt want to trigger it.
Most of the cops in this town were my brother's former high school students, and that would be hard to explain, the flower snapping thief is at it again.
