Green underline in Safari
« on: May 04, 2009, 03:36:55 AM »
In addition to the red dots that underline an unrecognized spelling, I am suddenly getting some green dots but only in Safari.
Any one else seeing this while in the reply box?

Geesh, I forgot I ticked the box for grammar checking the other day. Maybe I'd better turn it off.  whistling.gif

Since I very rarely use the 'normal' reply box, I decided to actually try it out to see if I could get any of those    green dots....!!!! So far nothing, I'll evon try mispeling things     , but the only thing I get is a misetakin red underling under too perfectly spelled words! rant.gif

What "skin" might you be using? The above is with IBR2. dntknw.gif

Using Golden Wine.   I easily get the green dots if I just hit the space bar too many times between sentences. It's really picky.  dry.gif

Which hand are you using to press the space bar? Do you press it or hit it? Do you rest on it a few milliseconds or make lightening fast taps? Or you nervous? Does this happen more after a few cups of coffee? Does it happen during daylight hours? You know, those times when you don't have to keep the lights on and the phones often ring cause that's when the rest of us are UP! tongue.gif
