You have to get the authorization code from whoever it is registered with now, not from who you're moving it to. In this case, that means getting the auth code from DomainPeople.
That's what I was trying to do, sorry I wasn't clear. I was following the instructions from our hosting company (Hostway.com). I'll try to contact DomainPeople tomorrow or later this week.
