"Launches" is not quite an accurate title for that article since it won't come out for months. No one has had their hands on one and it is anybody's guess as to whether the specs will overcome the lack of apps. Also, having a touch capable screen doesn't mean it will be as responsive as the iPad's as reviewers have noted with other tablets. It is smaller, which some may like though I find the larger screen the most important feature. Then there is the question of price...
