Treat your laptop to "random" USB connections?

Let's say you're walking down the street, laptop safely stowed away and come across this:

Like the forbidden fruit would you immediately think, yeah, I'm going to plug my laptop into this?  

There is a guy named Aram Bartholl who has created "dead drops" with USB connections in places around NYC and wants to create more of these:

Geocaching for computers...? Except you could be in for a nasty surprise. Oh, the script kiddies will no doubt have fun with this! There may be a good reason they're called "dead drops"!!!

This is what happened to my old iMAC G3 when I plugged it into one of those Dead Drops!!!
