Oddity at a web site
« on: August 29, 2011, 02:30:08 PM »
Main page:
http://www.simplyorganicfoods.com/store.ph...&recipe=458

Clicking on "print version" (over to left hand side) only brings up a blank page for me in both Safari 5.1 and FF 5.0.1.

Does this work correctly for anyone else?

Nope. The html basically calles a php file that supposedly contains the html code to display or force a new page with 'print' CSS. Either way, it's not working in Safari 5.
CODE
<p><a href="store.php?Screen=recipeprt&amp;recipe=458" target="_blank" title="Penne with Tomato and Herbs">print version</a></p>
At least they force a new page to open so you don't have to use the back-button... The only difference in the two links is the "prt" dntknw.gif
THERE ARE TWO TYPES OF COUNTRIES
Those that use metric = #1 Measurement system
And the United States = The Banana system

Thanks, ABD. Maybe I'll try another browser. Or maybe I'll just copy and paste to a doc and print it myself. wink.gif At least I know it's not me.

I've tried in several browsers. It's not the browser at all; it's on their Web site. Their recipeprt.php script looks like it isn't working.

Thanks, tacit. I've contacted the company and let them know.
