Oh gads, what an adventure. Jo is a true friend. I love her just because. And BeAnn ... awwwww. Hoping and praying for a good answer to all your pain. All the best, Frances.

QUOTE
“needs must when the Devil vomits in your kettle”

Sounds like a saying that could catch on around our house as well; could've used it when my wife was undergoing chemotherapy!
I wonder what kind of thing they would accept for securing a person laying down here and there in a non-ambulance.  I've never studied the rig they use in our ambulances luckily enough.

A hospital called GBH - Love it laughhard.gif

Glad it didn't live up to the usual meaning and that you are now home, safe and sound. If all the roads on Shetland are like the one in your picture, they're better surfaced than the ones around here. But then yours don't get supermarket artics pounding up and down them all day every day!

And Jo is the archetypal "friend in need". Glad she was there for you smile.gif

GBH is the best name ever for a hospital.  The thing is it is so much part of our lives, we forget to snigger every time we say it!

Jo is one of those friends.  I have few friends, know many but she is the best.  There is no tally sheet and we would both bust a gut for each other and do regularly.  I have never laughed so much with anyone else.  Knicker wetting while you are crying with laughter type!

And I guess Be-Anne was checking the van's tyre pressures laugh.gif

I'm sure you must have a dolly device or cart to push Wussums around when the cat can no longer get around; It might be good exercise for the person pushing or pulling!  Thinking.gif

Also, what's so creepy about the “creepy neighbour?”
