Thinking.gif Hmmmmm. . .Well, the order of them is definitely different, and the 4th row over seems to have been bumped up a bit. . .Very interesting. . .

oops.gif I added thinking yesterday and made it clickable.  That's what added the extra row.  I can either make some of the others clickable, or unmake thinking clickable.

Which would you prefer?
Con:  Adding the extra row does make the page more longer (sic).

Pro:  I have a two click scroll to the post button anyway.

Do not fear your enemies.  The worse they can do is kill you.  Do not fear friends.  At worst, they may betray you.
Fear those who do not care; they neither kill nor betray, but betrayal and murder exist because of their silent consent.

I'm just beginning to use these in my post.  I think they're great and being clickable makes using them a no brainer.  clap.gif

They're also very addicting  harhar.gif  wallbash.gif  wub.gif

I say as long as there's a new row, fill it up with those TS favorites. Groaner.gif  Hurt.gif  What happened to "bump"?

When I was first adding the newer animated smilies I ran into the too many rows problem as well.

Basically the smilies that are horizontal (bump, groan, hurt, etc.) take up nearly the whole row and create a real traffic jam so that's why I had left them on the "show all" page. Otherwise there would be a very small reply box.

krissel, I figured as much. Methinks the one that uses the most "real estate is the "Carol Burnette lip"  jawdrop.gif (her old joke: labor and delivery feels like taking your lower lip and pulling it over your head... well, ya gotta get it stretched out first!)

bb, can you just click on it and select "Save Picture/Image as..."?

I have dragged some moving smilies to the desktop and later inserted them into outgoing messages in MAIL. Once removed from TS the smilies no longer move the result being that a stationary smiley is transmitted. I received the following observation from my daughters and wonder why one, who receives her mail on a PC (also owns a Mac) can see motion and two of us can't (both using MAIL).

"Oddly enough, I CAN see the little faces on a Mac, what is truly interesting is that they only MOVE on my PC !!  No action on the Mac, just the image.  Yours move as well?

Your faces move???  Mine don't at all and I had not idea they were animated?  Hhhhmmm, Dad are we missing something a PC would provide?!!"

Can someone please explain what's happening here?
Thanks/æ

Gregg.   Thanks.  I've managed to get the file on my desktop and can drag the smilies to an email message window (Eudora), but like Poster Child, they refuse to animate when dragged out of their window.  Any clues?  wallbash.gif

Sorry b, never tried it myself. Glad the save thing worked (sort of) 'cause I've never done that to a smiley before either. Hope someone else has the answer!  smile.gif

You need an animated gif program to view the gifs on your desktop.

Mail: Depends on which mailer and what settings the mailer allows.
I can send a "moving" smiley through NS and view it. Sometimes in X mail no.
Have reports that the receiver couldn't also.
