Hi
Just use disk utiity to repair a few days ago ... try the same thing today and there's always a lot to repair ...is it normal ?

That's normal. There was a bug in 10.6 that "repaired" these permissions but actually didn't. You can safely ignore it.

There is actually nothing wrong. Apple never updated Disk Utility (in 10.6) to "know" that these things were correct. I had the same issue when I was using that OS. If you like, see

In addition, read
Disk Utility reports some messages that you can ignore when checking permissions
