Here's a GOOD NEWS story from Shetland - ex-paratrooper (and his dog) on charity walk
isolates himself on uninhabited island for lockdown.
He said he struggled when he left the forces:
“I suffered badly with anxiety and depression. ..... I’ve learned that it was isolation that fixed me. You have to look at it in a very positive way. You have to make the best of it.”
