Creating envelopes in MS Office 365
« on: June 30, 2020, 05:05:32 PM »
Help!

I installed MS Office 365 a few days ago, and I have yet to figure out how to create and print a one-off business-size (No. 10) mailing envelope. I do not want to use Mail Merge or a Contacts database. The techniques I have used previously (for more than 30 years) do not give me the desired results. Word's Help menu, MS Chat, and YouTube how-to videos have not been helpful.

Can someone please give me step-by-step instructions? I am baffled.

Thanks!
Joe

I managed to print envelopes with Pages. Go to the Help menu in Pages and search for envelopes.

I have the latest version of Office, Excel, etc, but not sure if it's Office 365. However, this video was spot on for creating an envelope for me--and I did not have to use my contacts database.

WOW! I have finally found someone who is a slower than me at typing!! :laughhard:

As we say, you don't need Microsoft to print an envelope. Pages offers six variations and it is extremely easy to create your own. Plus, it's already installed on your Mac! No strange, different, interface to learn, either. It's the same one you've been using for all your other Mac apps.
