having G4 recognizing different epson c62 printers

hi: I use a G4 laptop at three different locations.  Each uses an  Epson C62 printer.  I have only two usb ports on my computer.  Using chooser the first two printers are represented by usb port 1 and 2 but I can't get the computer to recognize the third computer in either port.  Any suggestions? Hi Kelly:
Thank you for your suggestions as usual. I am very frustrated.  The G4 laptop uses system 10.2.6 as its usual system but opens up 9.2 automatically as well. The software I am using is Microsoft Word 2001.  When I try to print if nothing happens I go to chooser. I highlight Epson C62.  With the printer I use most often when I use usb port one, there is usually no problem.  When I use it for one of the other two c62 printers I use at other locations, nothing happens if I plug it into the same usb port.  Sometimes it works if I attach the printer into the other usb port and on the chooser it says usb 2, other times is says usb 3 and it works.  Other times I highlight c62 and nothing happens with the chooser and I can't get it to print.  I am totally confused.  Thank you. ilw-00
