. I'm sure your new addition will bring much joy (and possibly a little heartache) as it grows up (if there was one, I'd put up a DROOL smiley!) . Obviously advanced for its age.... toilet roll at ready, so it's out of nappies.

Congrats John...use it in good health. I mean the thing I don't like about new electronics is the burnoff of all those PBCs and electronoc smells for a week or two after you get it.

Therefore I will not be getting a new G5 in the near future!

UK's John Lewis store group has the G5 as fourth best-selling item in its computing section. Obviously quite a few people have money as well as taste....

Anyway, i hope that the next Macworld will bring new upgraded iBook's (faster VRam is all i need).
Hope to get me one and use "extended destkop" to (after a while) hook a second monitor for home.
