Do you have the full version of Acrobat? (not Reader, the actual program...) You'll need that in order to combine them in a single PDF, I think. According to the PS Help menu, although you can save PS files as PDF's, the resulting PDF can only contain one image. In order to make the file contain both images, you'll need the full version of Acrobat, use Adobe's online Acrobat service, or send your PDF's to me and I'll stick 'em into one document for you and send 'em back. The one page will follow the other, however, which is actually probably what you should be aiming for (if we're talking regular 8.5X11 pages here) - you don't really want to force people to scroll sideways to view a spread...and if they want to print it, they should be able to easily.
Send me an email or Private Message if you want to send me the PDF's or the original PS files.
I also just tried out a spread in AW - by importing two images into it and setting the page up as a tabloid layout. You can then save as a PDF in a spread, but again, unless your intended audience has access to printers that do 11X17, assuming a normal sized page, you may want to do one page after the other. Viewing it on screen is fine if you have a 22" monitor like I do, but will force sideways scrolling on anything smaller if text is to be a readable size.
Of course, I'm making some assumptions here - I don't know what your project looks like!!
