G3/800MHz ZIF
for PowerMac G3 Beige/Blue&White Models getting very close to
shipping. It
is the first ZIF upgrade for these models of any type to break
the 550MHz
(non-overclocked) barrier. How will the G3/800 with 512K of L2
compare to
G4/550MHZ with 1MB L2 Altivec Enabled? We are just as anxious to
know as you
are and as soon as we see the real working product, the same
sort of test
series down for the AGP machines will be done again for Beige
and B&W
models.
