I just saw the final trailer again (yup, i downloaded it) and it looks aaaaaawesome    
I can't wait to see it released.

I have not been able to stop thinking about this movie for months.

My girlfriend, my wife and I are taking the day off work when it comes out. We're planning to see the 11:00 matinee and the 2:00 matinee, then we'll be coming back for the evening showing with a large group of friends.

From the looks of the trailer, they've really outdone themselves. It's rare when a movie comes along that invents an entire new visual language of storytelling.

Can't wait!

I'm dying for it too!! Saw Matrix on the big screen about 4 times, the last one was at the Channelside IMAX theater. I only WISH it would open on IMAX. tacit.. .any info there?

There's a few movies you just WANT on DVD and Matrix is one of them... so.... guess who's going to buy the Matrix DVD for X-mas (or whenever it's released on DVD). Got both Harry Potter movies too (and all books and can't wait for june 21st for the 5th book).

I know it's a weird mix... but that's what makes life fun!

I too can't wait for The Matrix.  And a couple weeks before Matrix comes out, X-Men 2 comes out!  Then June 21 is the 5th Harry Potter book, like Petra said.  I'm psyched!  Gonna be a great summer!

Terry Goodkind's next book will be out in soon too - 8th in the Sword of Truth series. I haven't read Harry Potter, but if you're ready for a more mature book of the genre, Goodkind is amazing.

Omg... how come nobody else started this topic before  
It's releasing in belgium the day after they showed it in Cannes (16th of may i think) but not sure when i'll go see it... sigh.

I have this home cinema at home (no projector... i wish, lol) and one of the movies with the best sound is the Matrix.
But strangely enough... i never bought that movie again since they broke in and robbed everything, how's that

I liked the first movie and I have the DVD... I know I'll go and see this sequel...although I don't think much of Keanu Reeves' acting ability.
