Guidelines, Policies and Disclosures
Dear Members and Visitors,
Techsurvivors is proud to be a site to which you bring your computer-related questions and we founders hope you enjoy your time here.
We’d like you to feel at home, but we ask that you consider the sensibilities of others and post accordingly. Please remember that we welcome people of all ages, religious backgrounds, political persuasions, nationalities and levels of computer expertise. While we encourage a wide range of discussion, we do urge you to refrain from making incendiary posts on topics which are controversial.
Most of the membership understands the delicate balance at this forum between “dry” technical material and the potential for ranting and raving. In navigating a course between these extremes, we consider that all here will understand the relatively “light” moderation that may occasionally become necessary to keep us on track.
Sincerely,
Techsurvivors’ Founding Members
