Just tried your number and got your first result. Strange thing was, when I hit login a second time it came up with the arrows window and then just dropped back without asking for a zip code (presumably a cookie is now installed). So if you typed in somebody else's number by mistake you don't get a second chance.
But when I typed in that made-up number it came back with a 'proper' response....
